January of 2009 produced the least amount of closed transactions in Miami County since the Multiple listing service started keeping records. In my opinion if this was the lowest then, let’s consider it the bottom for our area. When you can breathe and say to your self we are on the way up and out with housing prices and activity then as citizens of Miami County we can effectively renew the housing market. We can reset the market and begin to see activity again.
